You can rent our hiqh quality equipped Apartments at a minimum of 2 nights. They will help you, to make your stay in the capital of Saxony more comfortable. Our guests are businessman and executives from Germany and foreign countries, also expats called, which have to live some days up to months in Dresden, as well as tourists and families, exploring the city and the interesting surrounding.
The difference between a hotel and Residenz am Zwinger
Hotels are built to offer the guest a comfortable possibility to sleep. This is the main purpose and therefore the hotel rooms are equipped like they are. They are functional, offer a bath room and a sleeping room. Everything compact and at spread over a small area. In the average a hotel room has less than 22 m².
At the Residenz am Zwinger we follow a different philosophy. We offer you fully furnished Apartments with a lot of space, containing everything you need to live and to work in another city. Our smallest apartments are at least 34 m² big and much spacious, then a hotel room.
Beside a bath room and sleeping area, all flats are equipped with a complete kitchen. This means of course also dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. All kitchen devices come from well-known manufacturers and the furniture was individually built from a joiner. Everything at very level, so that we can very easily compete against top hotels in Dresden.
Because of full equipment and furniture, it is no problem for you to invite to have dinner with you. Try that in a hotel room! Tiny breakfast rooms and fixed breakfast times you also don’t have in your apartment, because you decide when and how you will have breakfast.

In our apartment house in Dresden, parking spaces are of course also available – for a small fee. The parking spaces are located in our modern underground car park, which impresses with its cleanliness and clarity. From the underground car park you can easily and quickly get to the floor of your flat.
You rent at the Residenz am Zwinger fully equipped and furnished flats and get services, you know from a hotel. Our reception is from Monday-Friday between 10:00 – 18:00 o’clock available for you. If you need a ticket for the Semperoper or the Theater, we can organise it for you.
